Peas with beef
Prep__15 min Cooking__1 hour Servings__4
Ingredients400 g beef (shoulder or leg)
500 g peas
1 large carrot
1 onion
2 teaspoons dry herb seasoning
1 clove of garlic
a little pepper
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
1-2 tablespoons flour
20 g butter
a little oil
- Cut the meat into larger pieces, put it in lightly salted water and bring to the boil so the foam rises to the surface and does not form later during cooking.
- When it boils, take the meat out and cut it into small cubes.
- In a pot, sauté the finely chopped onion and diced carrot in a mixture of oil and butter, add the meat and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add water to cover the meat and simmer until the meat is almost tender.
- Then add the peas and grated garlic and continue simmering until the peas are soft. Add the seasoning.
- Finally, mix the flour and sweet ground paprika with a little cold water and thicken the peas.
- Cook for another two or three minutes and serve hot.
Breaded chicken

Ingredients12 chicken wings
1 tablespoon mustard
3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt and pepper
a sprig of rosemary
3 eggs
flour
breadcrumbs
- Wash and dry the wings. Make a marinade of olive oil, finely chopped garlic and rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Leave the wings in the marinade for an hour, turning them occasionally.
- Coat the wings in the breading mixture and deep-fry them.
- After frying, place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat. Serve with a side dish of your choice. Enjoy!
Moussaka

Ingredients600 g potatoes
400 g minced meat
1 onion
2 teaspoons dry seasoning
pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
250 ml milk
- Fry the chopped onion, then add the minced meat and garlic and season with the dry seasoning and pepper. Sauté everything together.
- Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into slices about 3 mm thick.
- Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange half the potatoes. Spread the prepared meat over them, then arrange the remaining potatoes.
- Whisk the eggs and milk and season with a level teaspoon of dry seasoning.
- Pour over the potatoes and bake at 200 °C for about 60 minutes, depending on your oven.
Leg of lamb in sauce

Ingredients- 1 leg of lamb
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- wine vinegar
- oil, salt, pepper
- Season the leg of lamb with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with rosemary and roast at 180 degrees.
- An hour before taking it out of the oven, pour over the mixture of mint, sugar and vinegar.
- Serve the roasted leg of lamb with fresh mint and roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
Aromatic pork ribs
Prep__10 min Cooking__2 hours 40 min Servings__4
Ingredients- a larger piece of pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon dry herb seasoning
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- half a teaspoon of garlic powder
- half a teaspoon of red paprika
- salt
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Mix the dry herb seasoning, pepper, salt, red paprika and garlic, and rub the meat well with it.
- Mix the mustard with the Worcestershire sauce and brush the ribs, then wrap them in aluminium foil greased with oil.
- Leave in the fridge for a few hours, then place with the foil on a tray and bake for two and a half hours in an oven heated to 120 degrees.
- Open the foil and brush the ribs with the mixture of ketchup, olive oil and oregano.
- If your oven has a grill, return the coated meat and grill for a few minutes until a thin crust forms.
